All 30 apartments at RW63, Richard-Wagner-Straße 63 in Saarbrücken: single and duplex apartments from 20 to 35 m², furnished and all-inclusive from 645 € per month. Every unit has its own page.

Floors 1 to 5 are laid out identically: three street-facing apartments with a mini balcony, one compact apartment facing the inner courtyard and one duplex apartment with a separate bedroom. The ground floor holds a single duplex apartment with its own terrace, the top floor four apartments, two of them with a roof terrace. Monthly rent all-inclusive including electricity, water, heating and internet. A cleaning fee of 95 € per semester (shared and communal areas) and a one-off deposit of 890 €. Minimum term one semester, move-in on 1 April or 1 October.
