24 of the 30 apartments at RW63 are single apartments: one furnished room with its own kitchenette and its own bathroom, from €645 per month – all‑inclusive. They are designed for one person, and the minimum rental period is one semester.
Five layouts, not 30 special cases
Floors 1 to 5 are built identically. Each of them has three single apartments with a mini balcony facing Richard-Wagner-Straße, one smaller apartment facing the quiet courtyard, and one duplex apartment. Four more single apartments sit on the top floor. Once you have picked a layout, you know what to expect on every floor.
Facing the courtyard, approx. 20 m²
The most compact and most affordable apartment in the building, quietly facing the courtyard, without a balcony. Bed 120 × 200 cm. Available five times – once on each of floors 1 to 5.
Facing the street, approx. 22 to 26 m²
15 apartments with a mini balcony facing Richard-Wagner-Straße, three per floor in three layouts – approx. 22, approx. 24 and approx. 26 m². All with a double bed of 140 × 200 cm.
Top floor, approx. 24 to 25 m²
Four apartments right at the top. Two of them have their own outdoor space, two look out over the rooftops of Saarbrücken. Double bed 140 × 200 cm.
What is included
Every single apartment is handed over fully furnished – bed, dining table, storage and kitchen are already there. You do not need to bring furniture; a suitcase is enough.

What a semester costs
The monthly rent is an all-inclusive rent: electricity, water, heating and internet are included and do not have to be registered by you. There is no annual utility statement. On top of the rent there is a one-off final cleaning fee of €95 and a deposit of €890 – the same in every apartment. Payment is made in one go for the entire semester, that is six months, once the contract is signed. Move-in is always at the start of the semester, on 1 April or 1 October.
