Six of the 30 apartments at RW63 are duplex apartments: two rooms with a separate bedroom, their own kitchenette and their own bathroom – designed for two people. The rent is €995 per month, all‑inclusive, whether one or two people move in.
€497.50 per person
The rent does not depend on how many people live in the apartment. If the two of you move in together, you share €995 per month – that is €497.50 per person, and therefore less than any single apartment in the building costs. The one-off final cleaning fee of €95 and the deposit of €890 are also charged once, not per person. If you would rather move in alone and still have two rooms, you pay the same price.
The layout
A duplex apartment has a spacious living and dining area with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with a floor-level shower. The bedroom holds one double bed measuring 140 × 200 cm. That is worth knowing in advance: there is exactly one bed and no second bedroom. The apartment is meant as a shared home for a couple, not as a flat share for two.
Upper floors, approx. 32 m²
Floors 1 to 5 each have one duplex apartment. All of them face the quiet inner courtyard and share the same layout.
Ground floor with terrace, approx. 35 m²
The duplex apartment on the ground floor is the largest one and comes with a special feature: its own terrace of around 9 m² facing the courtyard.

The duplex apartment is handed over fully furnished as well. Kitchen and bathroom are completely equipped, so the two of you can move straight in.

What a semester costs
The €995 are an all-inclusive rent: electricity, water, heating and internet are included and do not have to be registered by you, and there is no annual utility statement. Payment is made in one go for the entire semester, that is six months, once the contract is signed. Move-in is at the start of the semester, on 1 April or 1 October, and the minimum rental period is one semester.
