Apartment WE 1.1 – Single apartment on the 1st floor
WE 1.1 is the largest of the three street-facing apartments on the 1st floor: around 26 m² of living space and a private mini balcony overlooking Richard-Wagner-Straße. From the 1st floor you are down on the street in a few steps – the lift is there anyway. Kitchen and living area are fully equipped, and the private bathroom has a floor-level shower. Move in furnished: a 140 × 200 cm bed, high-speed WiFi included. The monthly rent of 695 € is all-inclusive – you do not have to sign up for electricity, water or internet yourself.
At the start of the booking phase, some apartments are still reserved for current tenants who have yet to decide on renewing – so more apartments may become available.
