Nauwieser Viertel.
RW63 is located right in the Nauwieser Viertel, the vibrant centre of Saarbrücken. The bus stop with a shuttle bus to htw saar and Saarland University (UdS) is directly outside the door. The main station and St. Johanner Markt are a few minutes’ walk away. An organic market and a supermarket are close by.

Answers to Your Questions:
How can I book?
Booking takes place exclusively via the booking system on our homepage. Just follow the steps and you will automatically be guided through the booking process. It works entirely from abroad – that is how most of our Erasmus and exchange students arrange their accommodation before they travel, without ever viewing the flat in person.
How can I pay?
Via all payment methods accepted by our payment partner Stripe: credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Alipay and more. Payment is made after booking for the entire semester.
Do I have to register electricity and water myself?
No. Electricity, water and internet do not need to be registered yourself – the apartments are rented all-inclusive of all consumption-based utility costs. There is no German utility provider to sign up with and no annual bill to settle, which is one formality less when you arrive from another country.
Can I rent the same apartment for several semesters?
In general, apartments with us are only rented for one semester at a time. The tenancy runs for exactly that semester, so an exchange or Erasmus stay does not oblige you to sign a twelve-month German lease.
Can I bring my own furniture?
This is not necessary, as the apartments are fully and comfortably furnished.
When can I move in?
Move-in is based on the official start of the semester: April 1st for the summer semester, October 1st for the winter semester.
Can I rent an apartment for a shared flat?
We do not offer apartments for classic shared flats, but it is possible for two people to move into one of our duplex apartments together – it is meant as one shared home, not as a two-person flatshare. As an alternative to a flatshare, having your own apartment has its advantages: your own bathroom, your own kitchenette and a tenancy agreement in your name only.
