Apartment WE 0.2 – Duplex apartment on the ground floor
WE 0.2 is the only ground-floor apartment and the largest in the building: around 35 m² of living space, a separate bedroom, a spacious living and dining area – and, as a special feature, a private 9 m² terrace facing the inner courtyard. You reach the apartment without stairs and without using the lift. Kitchen and living area are fully equipped, and the private bathroom has a floor-level shower. Move in furnished: a 140 × 200 cm bed, high-speed WiFi included. The monthly rent of 995 € is all-inclusive – you do not have to sign up for electricity, water or internet yourself.
At the start of the booking phase, some apartments are still reserved for current tenants who have yet to decide on renewing – so more apartments may become available.
