What this page shows

RW63 rents out 30 fully furnished student apartments at Richard-Wagner-Straße 63 in 66111 Saarbrücken – 24 single apartments of roughly 20 to 27 m² and 6 duplex apartments for two people, five of them with a separate bedroom. This page lists the ones that are still free. The status comes straight from our booking system and is refreshed every 15 minutes; the booking system itself always remains the authoritative source.

How booking works

You pick the semester and the apartment in the booking system, enter your details and pay for the whole semester afterwards – by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods accepted by our payment partner Stripe. The whole process runs online, there is no waiting list and no allocation committee – whoever books first gets the apartment. Excepted are the apartments held back for current tenants at the start of the booking phase. The minimum term is one semester and move-in is on 1 April or 1 October.

What is included

The rent is all-inclusive: electricity, water, heating and high-speed internet are covered, and you do not have to register any of them yourself. Every apartment has its own bathroom and its own kitchen and comes fully furnished. On top of the rent there is a per-semester cleaning fee of 95 € (shared common areas) and a one-off deposit of 890 €.
