How booking works
You pick the semester and the apartment in the booking system, enter your details and pay for the whole semester afterwards – by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods accepted by our payment partner Stripe. The whole process runs online, there is no waiting list and no allocation committee. The minimum term is one semester, move-in is on 1 April or 1 October, and renewals are made semester by semester.
What is included
The rent is all-inclusive: electricity, water, heating and high-speed internet are covered, and you do not have to register any of them yourself. Every apartment has its own bathroom and its own kitchen and comes fully furnished. On top of the rent there is a one-off cleaning fee of 95 € and a deposit of 890 €.
