Apartment WE 6.4 – Single apartment on the top floor
WE 6.4 is a top-floor apartment offering around 24 m² of living space and a great view over Saarbrücken. It is the highest living level in the building, and the lift goes all the way up. Kitchen and living area are fully equipped, and the private bathroom has a floor-level shower. Move in furnished: a 140 × 200 cm bed, high-speed WiFi included. The monthly rent of 795 € is all-inclusive – you do not have to sign up for electricity, water or internet yourself.
At the start of the booking phase, some apartments are still reserved for current tenants who have yet to decide on renewing – so more apartments may become available.
