Apartment WE 2.5 – Duplex apartment on the 2nd floor
The duplex apartment on the 2nd floor is designed for two people: a separate bedroom, a spacious living and dining area and around 32 m² of living space. The 2nd floor combines short ways downstairs with the quiet courtyard side. Duplex does not mean split-level here: everything is on one floor, just with a bedroom of its own. Kitchen and living area are fully equipped, and the private bathroom has a floor-level shower. Move in furnished: a 140 × 200 cm bed, high-speed WiFi included. The monthly rent of 995 € is all-inclusive – you do not have to sign up for electricity, water or internet yourself.
At the start of the booking phase, some apartments are still reserved for current tenants who have yet to decide on renewing – so more apartments may become available.
